Why is it a "low" at all?

Al Franken is a qualified candidate for Senate - someone who has had political experience and will do a fine job if elected. Don't hold his SNL days against him - after all, Reagan was an actor before he became President of the U.S.

Politicians don't have to be lawyers or businessmen so long as they have the abilities to perform in office. Al Franken has a passion and a voice on relevant issues, and he just wants to be heard. If the citizens of MN have faith in him, then he should be the legitimate winner of the race.

Al Franken is a partisan hack.

Charlie, do you really want to exclude all partisan hacks from Congress? PS. Who is that handsome guy whose photo you stole?
