Cain Endorses Gingrich

Former presidential candidate Herman Cain endorsed Newt Gingrich on Saturday, according to CNN.

Cain’s endorsement will help breath life back into Gingrich’s faltering campaign while increasing the media presence of both men. This was one of the first moves in a charm offensive whose ultimate goal is to secure a post in the event of a republican victory in the general election. I believe that the possibility of securing a job is also a major driver for Santorum’s aggressive showing in the recent debate.
