Stimulus Flows Into Patchwork of State Transport Projects

Two weeks after President Obama signed the stimulus bill, jobs have already been created. Transportation projects have started all across the country, creating much needed jobs. With so much of the money still to be distributed, hopefully it will be just as effective.
