Obama's trade rep pick owes almost $10,000 in taxes
The vetting process has not served President Obama well. It seems like a reoccurring nightmare with all of the people who cannot pay their taxes correctly. I can understand how people want to pay as little as possible in taxes, but the amounts that Obama's picks are forgoing is unforgivably high. Had President Obama come clean about the problems of some his picks initially, I would have been more likely to give him the benefit of the doubt in terms of the benefits outweighing the tax mishaps. Yet, for the gotcha-media campaign to be delivering this news four times within your first month in office, you have some definite explaining to do.
