Army To Release Mom With No Child Care
I wish I could find the earlier version of this article I read last week because although this one still has the relevant details, the last one was really well written. A mom was a former service member and was put on "individual ready reserve" status, and was recently recalled into active duty. Problem - her husband's job as a salesman requires constant travel, and they have two children. After the Army refused her appeals, she decided the only thing she could do to get their attention was to bring her kids with her when she reported for duty. Luckily for her, it worked.
