This interesting NY Times op-ed piece argues that Walker's policies have gone against the legacy of his own party and suggests that one possible ramification may be a leftward shift in response to his stubborn partisanship.
I agree with TJE. This article makes some very shallow comparisons between the two (primarily that they are both from 'gasp' Wisconsin.) I am really surprised the NY Times would even bother publishing what amounts to little more than idle speculation.
