After the weapons of mass destru...How embarassing. After the weapons of mass destruction blip, guantanamo bay, and now this our international credibility looks to be death spiraling. Denmark or some other scandanavian country that has curbed thier emissions and done their part to hault climate change is going to get pretty pissed sometime soon, and as one of the leading carbon emitters, we had better watch out. Maybe ensuring our citizens have access to universal healthcare will restore some confidence internationally, but that's something that only effects us. Carbon emissions effect the global community, and at some point a coalition is going to build around climate change, and we're going to be barred from those conversations.
