Stimulus spending dying down and the billions in cuts made this quarter through CRs.
You mean the phantom "cuts" made within the last month? That would be very fast effect.
I'm talking more about the $12 or however many billion before the rest of 2011 CR, and the fact that all stimulus funded projects are winding down. But I was asking a question, not presenting the spending argument as fact, TJE.
