Small businesses struggle to stay afloat under the weight of NYC's regulatory and taxation regimes

This "plight of the not quite rich enough" article style really bugs me. He makes much, much more than most people in America. He's not "struggling" like the guy who was just laid off from his job.

That said, I think we do need less bureaucracy on balance.
