Attorney General To Visit Guantanamo

In a move towards closure, AG Eric Holder will be heading off to Guantanamo Bay next week. It will be very interesting how he decides what to do with the inmates stationed there. With the recent U.S. federal appeals court ruling that only the executive branch has the ability to deal with immigration of these inmates, Holder should play a big role in helping President Obama how to best proceed with inmates such as the Chinese Muslims who will undoubtedly be executed if given release back to China.
